I tried access to myapps.ssl.dotcloud.com .

But error it.

sec_error_expired_certificate (2012/03/30 6:11)

What should I do?

*.ssl.dotcloud.com is being deprecated

Try to directly use https://<yourapp-name>.dotcloud.com/ instead; that should work perfectly fine!
